We ask that you do not send payment-card details, government identification, or other sensitive documents through the inquiry form.

Submitting an inquiry does not place an order, guarantee a delivery date, or automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

We do not treat a design inquiry as permission to publish your submitted photographs or measurements in our public portfolio; any proposed public use should be discussed separately.
